Navitus Solutions (Navitus) secured the worldwide rights (excluding India) to sell, manufacture and market the best designed and engineered modular system to convert carbon containing waste products to energy. This pyrolysis system converts carbon containing waste materials in the absence of oxygen to commodities of pyrolysis oil and gas which can be fed into generators if electricity is the dersired ouput commodity. Input waste materials include tires, municipal solid waste (MSW), plastics, animal waste, human waste, coal fines, and agricultural waste.

PhosphoSolutions LLC (PhosphoSolutions), produces and markets phosphospecific antibodies to research institutes, universities and pharmaceutical companies throughout the world. In addition to selling its single antibody products, PhosphoSolutions is developing protein antibody biochips or microarrays containing its antibodies.

Tribal Technologies LLC (Tribal) held the foundational and most extensive patent portfolio for creating, managing, and using local social networks for digital audio players equipped with wireless transceivers. The technologies covered included, but were not limited to, synchronized playing of audio among a group of audio players, synchronized playing of video on video-enabled players, finding and creating groups, voting on new members, earphones that facilitate conversation while listening to music. In 2007, Tribal sold substantially all its assets to Concert Technology Corporation, but TMA continues to manage the existing Tribal assets.
